What kinds of files can I upload?

PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, images, plain text. Files we can't extract text from still get indexed by filename, folder, and any description you add — they show up in answers, just without inline citations. Up to 5 MB per file.

What happens to my files?

Files are stored in object storage we control, scoped to your organization. We don't train models on your data. Ever.

Can I customize how the AI answers?

Yes. Each project type ships with default instructions; override them per project when a particular case needs a different tone, format, or checklist.

Per-organization plans with included storage and a monthly AI token budget. Detailed pricing comes with general availability.
